The successful candidate will develop and manage the following functions which include but are not limited to:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily processing of outgoing payments as per the relevant timetables and deadlines;
• Liaise internally with other departments for matters relating to payments;
• Prepare Daily Cash Position Report and other management reports as directed;
• Provide support to the Treasury Officer by liaising with banks and financial institutions with respect to payment documentation and payment issues;
• General assistance to the Finance Department as per the ongoing requirements.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Accounting/Economics/Mathematics or related field;
• Work experience in a similar role/accounting/financial institution will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent in English;
• Proficient in Excel;
• Comfortable with Technology and multiple software/platforms;
• Good attention to detail;
• A proactive work approach i.e. problem-solving, finding better ways to complete tasks.
